Cinnamon Sugar Biscuit Bites

Introduction

Cinnamon Sugar Biscuit Bites are a quick, cozy treat that delivers big flavor with
minimal effort. Made from simple refrigerated biscuits, these bite-sized pastries are
coated in melted butter, rolled in cinnamon sugar, baked until golden, and finished
with a sweet vanilla icing drizzle.

Perfect for breakfast, brunch, dessert, or a last-minute sweet craving, these warm,
fluffy bites are guaranteed to disappear fast.

Equipment

  • Glass mixing bowl
  • 8×8-inch baking dish
  • Kitchen shears or knife

Ingredients

For the Biscuit Bites

  • 1 tube refrigerated biscuits (standard size, not Grands)
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

For the Icing

  • ½ cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 1–2 tablespoons milk
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

For the Biscuit Bites

Step 1: Prep

In a shallow glass bowl, melt the butter in the microwave using reduced power to prevent
splattering. In a separate shallow bowl, mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon until
well combined.

Step 2: Cut

Using kitchen shears or a knife, cut each biscuit into thirds. Place the pieces on a
plate, spacing them slightly so they don’t stick together.

Step 3: Coat

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray the bottom and sides of an 8×8-inch
baking dish with cooking spray.

Dip each biscuit piece into the melted butter, then roll it in the cinnamon-sugar
mixture until fully coated. Arrange the coated pieces evenly in the baking dish.

Step 4: Bake

Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the tops are deep golden brown. Remove from the oven
and allow to cool for a few minutes before icing.

For the Icing

In a small bowl, stir together the confectioners’ sugar, milk, and vanilla extract
until smooth. Drizzle the icing over the warm biscuit bites before serving.

Recipe Notes

  • This recipe can be doubled using two biscuit tubes and a 9×13-inch baking dish
  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg to the cinnamon-sugar mixture
  • Serve warm for the best texture and taste
  • Leftovers can be reheated briefly in the microwave

Conclusion

Cinnamon Sugar Biscuit Bites are proof that simple ingredients can create an
irresistibly comforting treat. Soft on the inside, golden on the outside, and finished
with a sweet drizzle, they’re perfect for sharing—or enjoying all on your own.
